TERMS OF SERVICE

Noetic Learning LLC (hereafter called "Noetic Learning") provides its services to you, subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated from time to time without notice to you.

Noetic Learning currently provides users with services to help learn and practice mathematics. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new programs/products/features shall also be subject to the TOS.

Noetic Learning offers most of its services via the Internet. The web sites can be brought down by planned or unexpected events such as, system maintenance, system failure,  power loss, bad weather, and etc. Noetic Learning will not be liable of any direct or indirect loss or damages that arise out of such service unavailability.

All services and contents provided by the Noetic Learning sites are delivered on "as-is" and "as available" basis.

Noetic Learning makes no warranty that

1. the programs will meet your requirements or expectation

2. the programs will be uninterrupted

3. the programs are error-free

You expressly agree that use of the Noetic Learning web sites and related programs is at your own risk.

In consideration of your use of Noetic Learning's programs, you agree to:

1. provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself
2. maintain and promptly update the registration data to keep it accurate, current and complete.

If Noetic Learning has reasonable grounds to suspect the information you provided is  inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Noetic Learning has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the programs.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell any portion of Noetic Learning's services or Noetic Learning's contents, or access to Noetic Learning's services.

Under the terms of this agreement, it is expressly forbidden to distribute the content or any portion thereof by any means, including but not limited to electronic and print, to any person or entity.

You understand that a Noetic Learning account may be used only by the single individual whose name appears in the registration data. If Noetic Learning has reasonable grounds to suspect that an additional person has been accessing your account without having rendered proper payment to Noetic Learning, Noetic Learning has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of Noetic Learning's services

You agree not to use Noetic Learning sites in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Noetic Learning sites or interfere with Noetic Learning sites function. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided.  

Registration Data and certain other information about you is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Under no circumstances, will Noetic Learning be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages including lost profits that arise out of or are related to your use of the Noetic Learning sites.
