Q: What's your payment plan?

A: We have a monthly subscription plan. When you sign up online your first month payment will be processed immediately. Each month thereafter, your credit card will be automatically charged every month, until you cancel your subscription.

Q: When may I cancel or stop my subscription?

A: You may cancel your subscription at any time. There is no long-term commitment required.

Q: How many worksheets does my child get?

A: Your child may work on StayAhead! as many as 7 times a week or as little as once a week. However, we recommend working on StayAhead! at least 3 times a week to gain the most benefit.

Q: How many StayAhead! levels will my child complete within one school year?

A: It depends on how often your child works on the program and  how well your child does on each worksheet.  We expect a child to advance 20 StayAhead! levels within one school year. For example, a child who starts on Level 400 typically reaches Level 500 by the end of the year. (Advancement is measured in increments of 5. If you are on Level 385, for example, your next level is Level 390.)

Q: How long does it take to advance to the next level?

A: It depends on your child's worksheet scores. Receiving consistently satisfactory scores is the key for graduating to the next level.

Q: What if my child keeps failing on worksheets at a certain level?

A: Worksheets within a level are designed to focus on one area. If your child remains stuck on one level after many tries, he/she may need additional help. Parental involvement at this time is highly encouraged.
